Return Policy

You may return any part of an order within 30 days of receipt. Please indicate the reason for your return, and be sure to include the original order number. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Allow up to 4 weeks after a returned item is mailed for processing. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund.

You may return any unopened compact disc from the Mack Compact Disc Superstore. You may also return any unopened item from the Mack Shopping Network in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Please remember that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, return it and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for replacement shipments.

Mack reserves the right to research all returns and problems with orders. Repeated returns and excessive damage to product may or may not be credited or replaced.

Ship your return via the carrier that originally shipped to your address. Mack uses 2 different carriers (U.S. Postal Service and United Parcel Service).
